1.Provide legitimacy and compliance analysis and advice for company management.
2.Draft and review corporate contracts and relevant legal documents.
3.Handle legal affairs related to intellectual property such as company trademarks, patent, copyright, trade secrets, etc. and assist relevant departments to handle legal affairs such as notarization, mortgage, etc.
4.Responsible for the management of company litigations, arbitration cases and disciplinary action cases.
5.Work with external lawyers and manage company legal advisor pool.
6.Perform legal research and prepare reports to management.
7.Assist the establishment of company's policies and procedures, coordinate each department in setting up and complying with policies and procedures, and review the company-level policies and procedures.
8.Assist anti-money laundering and international sanction risks prevension works.
9.Assist carrying out legal and compliance management, legal and compliance risk investigations and evaluation works.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1.Bachelor Degree or above in law.
2.Familiar with common law and Hong Kong financial regulations.
3.3-5 years of relevant working experience, at least 2 years of legal and compliance working experience in financial institutions; or at least 2 years of working experience in the financial teams of law firms, focusing on company’s general legal affairs.
4.Good writing skills in Chinese and English.
5.Good internal and external communication and liaison skills.
6.Hardworking, responsible, and a good team player.
